What is a Pre-Order?

A pre-order item is a listing of a product that has not been released to the general public. Our partner manufacturers have allowed retailers, such as ourselves, to pre-order products ahead of release day. As such, we are allowed to then post on our website to be made available to you.

By purchasing a pre-order item you are guaranteeing yourself the product regardless if it sells out upon actual release day. A pre-order does not mean you’ll be receiving the item before it’s release date. It means securing an item when the manufacturer sends it to us. What is The Difference Between Mint and Near-Mint?

• Mint items are in perfect condition from manufacturer to us.
• Near-Mint items are new, however, may have small box defects when it arrived from manufacturer to us.

 

What is a Chase Variant?

When a figure is produced with a chase variant they are listed as w/Chase. This indicates that when you purchase this figure you have a chance to receive a 1 in 6 chase variant.

Chase variants are shipped at random. Receiving a chase with purchase is not guaranteed. Chase figures are produced with a 1 in 6 ratio but are shipped at random. Purchasing multiples does not guarantee that you will receive a chase figure.
