Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy:

All cancellations are subject to a 15% fee which is imposed on us by our partnered manufacturers when we cancel our orders with them. Please be 100% certain before placing your order.

 

Refund Policy:

All "pre-order and exclusive" sales are final. Please be certain when purchasing a pre-order and or exclusive item as we do not accept returns on pre-orders.

For all other products, you have 7 days from receipt to request a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it (original packaging). You will be responsible for paying your own shipping cost to return the product. Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email notifying you of approval or rejection of your refund.
